Well, went to Bugis on the Leap year which is 29th of February, which only come every 4 years, lol. In the shopping center, when I'm in basement one I saw something interesting, so I took a picture of it.
Wow the water is "FLOWING" upwards, cool isn't it? Maybe you all can take a look there youself, Inside of Pasir Bugis Shopping, Basement 1, somewhere beside the escaletor.
